Despite the error in citation, the statement made by the IPCC is factually correct. Features of the lowland forests, such as buttressed roots and fruits growing on tree trunks, disappear. Nice to see Dr Thomas from Iwokrama commenting here - they are doing wonderful work, and their Phase Two is being monitored by conservationsists from all over the world.
